What's the rush? The question being asked by the Number Two Republican in the United States Senate--after the Justice Deartment decides not to file any criminal charges in the IRS Scrutiny Scandal.
While the decision is frustrating to Senator John Cornyn--it really also comes as no surprise to him.
"Under Eric Holder, this is perhaps the most political Department of Justice in my memory--and perhaps even in American history" Cornyn said. While the Department may have drawn it's own conslusions on the scandal--in which conservative grouops may have faced added scrutiny from the tax agency--the Senator said Congress has not concluded anything.
"This investigation is ongoing--and we will hold those responsible accountable" Cornyn said.
