The aquifer level may be dropping--but officials with SAWS predict we will not see Stage 3 restrictions in San Antonio this year.
"We think there is a much better chance than there was earlier in the year that we can get through the year without Stage 3 restirctions in San Antonio" said Anne Hayden with SAWS. Still, she told 550 KTSA News everyone needs to do their part.
"Recently we have been seeing more people watering ont he weekends. We are trying to remind people we are issuing citiations--so please keep in mind that even though we get these rains here and there--it doesn't change drought restrictions" Hayden said.
