(San Antonio, TX) -- The trial is underway for an ex-con accused of impersonating a police officer and demanding free services from San Antonio prostitutes. 42-year-old Raul Garza the Third was arrested in June of last year after a woman working the streets on the South Side called police and said she had been raped by an officer. Police say Garza threw her out of his car, along with a tissue the woman gave police that had his DNA. He faces a minimum 25-year sentence, if convicted.
