A San Antonio Police Officer suffered injuries when a driver slammed into his patrol car Saturday night.
It was around 11:00 o'clock that Officer Lee Biegert was traveling southbound on New Braunfels avenue when a motorist failed to stop at the Burnet crossing, crashing into the patrol car.
The driver, Identified as 55 year old Javier Garza, was arrested on charges of Driving While Intoxicated and an open container violation.By Johnny Shannon
