By Bill O'NeilA suspected car thief is dead after being hit by a pickup truck as police said he tried to cross Interstate 37 early Monday Morning.
Investigators with the San Antonoo Police Department said it all happened after the young man wrecked a stolen 2006 Chevy Tahoe in the northbound lanes newar Interstate 10.
"What we do know about the driver of the Tahoe--who was eventually struck by the Isuzu pickup--is he was wearing all dark clothing--and wasn';t seen by the other driver right up until the moment of impact" said San Antonio Police Sergeant Javier Salazar.
No charges have been filed against the driver of the pickup.
