Where to begin? When it comes to the growing marijuana debate in Texas, one group is taking it's own survey on where people stand--and what should and shouldn't be allowed.
"I think a lot of people still don't know how to talk about it--it's definitely not one that has become a serious issue yet at the Texas Capitol" said Phillip Martin with Progress Texas. He told 550 KTSA News the goal of the survey is to serve as a starting point for such a conversation--by asking three questions.
"Decriminalizing small possessions of marijuana (or) allowing for medicinal use where a doctor can write a note saying that marijuana can be beneficial to a person's health, or full regulation, where we regulate marijuana just like we regulate alcohol" Martin said.
