Abbott in Town for Ground Breaking

GM Financial breaks ground in San Antonio Monday.

It’s the official start of construction on a new San Antonio Financial Servicing Center. It’ll be a new 100,000 square foot facility, housing up to 700 employees, most of which will be new hires.

The sire is off 151 on the west side.

Governor Greg Abbott, Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, and City Councilman Ray Lopez among those who will be there Monday morning for the ceremony.

Construction should be done in the Spring of 2017.
