Air Canada Begins Flying Out of San Antonio

You can now get from San Antonio to Canada in one easy step.

Air Canada’s year-round non-stop daily flights between the Alamo City and Toronto officially begin Monday.

“We are very excited to welcome Air Canada to our team here in San Antonio” said the City’s Aviation Director Russ Handy, adding “This is not only a huge win for our residents and our Canadian partners in Toronto, but another great stride in better connecting San Antonio tot he rest of the world!”

The move continues what has been an added focus on Texas from the airline in recent weeks, which includes the addition of flights between Dallas and Vancouver back in February.

“Air Canada is very pleased to be expanding our presence in Texas” said the Airline’s Senior Director of USA Sales and Marketing Development.

“San Antonio is well known for such sites as the Alamo and River Walk as well as the hospitality for which all Texans are famous” Pierce added.
