The Alamo Gets a Digital Makeover

Call it a digital makeover for the Cradle of Texas Liberty.

“We really wanted to interact with our potential visitors and draw them in” said Brittany Eck with the Texas General Land Office, describing for KTSA News the Alamo’s new web site.

The Alamo web siteĀ

“The new web site is geared towards really sharing the experience, the grandeur of the Alamo–and inviting the general public to be able to come and experience it in person” Eck said, adding “The web site actually integrates new technology and video, so, you’ll be able to get a better idea of what you’ll experience at the Alamo.”

That just might include a few things you might not be thinking about.

“From parking to tours and everything you’ll experience while here” Eck said.
