Another Scare at a San Antonio Mall

For a second time in three days, police are lookign in to a big scare at a San Antonio mall.

This time, it happened in an Ingram Park Mall parking lot–where two women–an adult mother and daughter–suddenly noticed two men drive up on them.

“They jumped out of their vehicles–both suspects–and said I’m going to kill you. Both women smartly ran away” Salame said following the incident late Tuesday Morning.

Neither woman was hurt–though they told officers they may have heard shots fired as they ran to safety inside of the mall.

The incident follows on the heels of jewelry store robbery at the Rolling Oaks Mall Sunday. That left one person dead and a number of others hurt. Two suspects involved in that case are in custody–one of them continuing to recover after being shot by a good samaritan.

“We want the community to feel safe–and, we want to apprehend the criminals that are out here trying to do the crazy things that we’ve seen” Salame said.
