Appeals Panel Clears Way for Elliott’s Suspension

A loss in court for Dallas Cowboys Running Back Ezekiel Elliott–who may soon find himself off the football field.

A federal appeal court panel has lifted the injunction blocking the NFL’s six-game suspension of Elliott with a 2 to 1 vote.

Elliott’s lawyers are likely to seek further legal action–but the way may now be cleared for his suspension to start as soon as this weekend.
