Bexar County Jail inmate dies after being found unresponsive in cell

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — An inmate at the Bexar County Jail has died after suffering a medical episode in her cell.
The Sheriff’s Office is reporting 29 year old Alexandra Gedminas was found unresponsive just after 10 A.M. Sunday.
The medical staff at the jail performed CPR until help arrived.
Gedminas was pronounced dead at the jail at around 10:45 A.M.
The medical examiner’s office is investigating the exact cause of her death.
