Body Cams For Bike Cops

San Antonio police officers on bike patrol will start carrying body cameras next week.

SAPD Chief William McManus says, eventually, all officers will sport the new technology because it will help keep an accurate record of interactions between the public and law enforcement.

McManus believes the cameras will change behavior on both sides. Body cams will be purchased for all 23-hundred San Antonio police officers.
