Cruz Taking Aim at Rivals

Senator Ted Cruz is keeping up the pressure on rival Donald Trump ahead of key primary contests in several states Tuesday–including Florida, Ohio, and Illinois.

“When Donald Trump demands of the people at their rally that they raise their hand and pledge their support of him–that’s an action kings and queens demand of their subjects” Cruz told reporters in Illinois ahead of Monday Morning campaign stop.

But when asked what it would take for Cruz not to support Trump is the billionaire were to win the Republican Presidential Nomination, the Senator came up with an extreme example.

“I can give you one example where I would no longer support Donald Trump. If for example he were to go out on Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody… I would not be willing to support Donald Trump” Cruz said.

Meanwhile, the Texas Senator is also keeping up the pressure on his other GOP rivals… and their supporters as well.

“A vote for John Kasich or a vote for Marco Rubio is a vote that’s thrown away” Cruz said.
