FBI Searching for Most Wanted Man

The FBI is looking for a fugitive, considered armed and dangerous.

Marcellus Antoine Burgin was indicted late last week by a federal grand jury on Racketeering and Fraud charges in connection with the Attempted Capital Murder of State District Court Judge Julie Kocurek.
