Former Justice of Peace Jailed

A routine traffic stop put a former candidate for State Representative behind bars.

Rosanne Hughes form the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office says they stopped 58 year old Byron Miller Tuesday morning and that’s when they found out he was wanted on a felony warrant.

It was issued last June when Miller choked a family member.

Miler was also a former Justice of the Peace. Bond was set at $15,000
