Former Sheriff Still Weighing What’s Next

She’s not the Sheriff anymore, but Susan Pamerleau is enjoying life.

“Well, I get to sleep late, get to walk the riverwalk, get to workout with my trainer twice a week,” she told KTSA News.

She also was in D.C. for President Trump’s inauguration.

“Went to Washington for the Inauguration and to be that for that historic moment in our nation’s history is an important part of what our nation is about,” she said.

As for what’s next for her…she doesn’t know just yet, but there have been a few offers.

“Over the next couple of months, I’m going to have some great choices to make and those could be anywhere from local to Austin to D.C.,” she said.

She’ll know in the coming months.
