Hurd Introduces Natl Parks Improvement Bill

By Don Morgan

Congressman Will Hurd has introduced a bill that would mean more money for improvements at National Parks, including the San Antonio Missions.

Hurd says there are some parts of the missions that visitors can’t see because they need repairs.

He’s hoping the bill would jumpstart the repair projects that have been but on the back burner for years due to a lack of funds.

“We want to make sure your children and your children’s children can enjoy the missions for generations.”

Hurd says his bill would benefit not just the Missions but all National Parks that have a backlog of repair projects.
