The FBI Director will be questioned on the Clinton email investigation Thursday.
James Comey faces the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee firing squad.
“As a former undercover officer in the CIA who was involved in many classified operations, responsible for protecting sensitive information, I think (Tuesday) was a sad day,” Congressman Will Hurd told KTSA News. “He even said there was classified information in those emails.”
But, Hurd said, still no ramifications for it.
Senator John Cornyn demands transparency.
“I think the most important thing the Department of Justice could do, the most important thing the FBI could do, and the most important thing that she could do would be to make sure that all of the investigation by the Department of Justice and the FBI be made public,” Cornyn said.
