Judges Hear Redistricting Rulings

Three federal judges in San Antonio will begin considering how recent court rulings on redistricting might affect the 2018 elections in Texas.

In March, the judges ruled that Texas lawmakers knowingly discriminated against minority voters in three congressional districts, two of them in San Antonio.

And last week, the same judges ruled that Texas lawmakers again discriminated intentionally against minority voters when they created the Texas House district map.
