Kentucky, Oregon Taking Primary Turns

Another Tuesday, another round of primary elections.

Today the focus is on Kentucky and Oregon. While Donald Trump has pretty much wrapped up the Republican nomination, it’s not over on the Democratic side.

Brandon Rottinghaus at the University of Houston says Hillary Clinton hasn’t won a primary since last month and if she doesn’t bring in at least one of the states up for grabs, it could make it extremely tough going forward.

“There’s a really good chance she could lose both states. Oregon has a lot younger voters and they typically support Bernie Sanders.”

Sanders is polling very well in Kentucky and is expected to win easily in the Bluegrass State.
