Lessons Learned 15 Years After 9/11?

It’s been 15 years since the 9-11 attacks and many are wondering if we are safer now than we were on that day.

We asked terrorism expert Jeffrey Addicott at St. Mary’s University says “no”.

“We have hit the slumber button on the alarm clock particularly under this current administration. They refuse to identify clearly who the enemy is and you can’t win a war until you identify who the enemy is.”

Addicott says the enemy is radical Islam and he feels there needs to be a stronger effort to send ground troops to their center of gravity, namely Syria and Iraq, and crush them.

He says until that happens, the war on terror is far from over.
