Lockhart Balloon Crash Hits S.A. Hard

Some San Antonio families are mourning the loss of their loved ones killed in a hot air balloon crash in Lockhart.

A Go Fund Me account has been set up for a San Antonio couple killed in the accident Saturday. The family of Brian and Tressie Neill is asking for prayers for strength, guidance and peace.

Matt and Sunday Rowan, who had been married for several months, also died in the crash. Matt was a researcher at Brooke Army Medical Center. Sunday leaves behind a young son.

Meanwhile, La Hacienda De Los Barrios is raising money to help defray the cost of funeral expenses for a member of their wait staff.

Diana Barrios-Trevino with Los Barrios Enterprises posted on Facebook, “Our hearts are broken. It is with great sadness that we share the news of the loss of Paige Brabson and her mom, Lorilee.”

“Paige has been a part of our La Hacienda de Los Barrios family for the last year,” she added.

Paige leaves behind a baby girl.
