No Immigrant Day Protest in SA

San Antonio is participating in today’s “A Day Without Immigrants” protest.

Millions of immigrants nationwide are being asked to take a “sick day” to demonstrate the impact the Hispanic community has on the U.S. economy.

Many businesses posted signs telling customers that they will be closed on February 16th in support of the protest.

Organizers of the boycott are also asking immigrants not to spend money today or send their kids to school.
