A man accused of casuing a crash that killed his wife and three children is charged with intoxication manslaughter.Police believe 35-year-old Larry Demers was drunk when he got behind the wheel of a car and crashed into a bulldozer at a construction site on Medina Base Road around 12:30 a.m. Monday.
Thirty-one-year-old Roxanna Demers and two children were prounced dead on the scene.
Police Sgt. Javier Salazar says a 5-year-old child died Monday afternoon at University Hospital and a 12-year-old remains in critical condition.
Demers, who was transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, faces 4 charges of intoxication manslaughter.
