(San Antonio, TX)  --  A man is dead after leading police on a high speed chase early Tuesday morning.  Police say officers began the chase after a car passed them going over 100-miles-per-hour through downtown San Antonio.  The chase didn't last long as the driver hit a concrete barrier and a utility pole at Frio and Popular. The impact ejected the driver from the car, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
