The runoff in the Kendall County Precinct OneVCommissioners Race remains tied with all of the military and overseas votes in.

"None of them (ballots) that would effect Commissioners One could be counted" said Kendall County Elections Supervisor Staci Decker. She said the next step comes Monday.

"We"ll recount every single ballot for that County Commissioner's Race. Once we determine what the results are--whether it stays the same from Election Night--or it changes--will determine exactly what will happen" Decker said.

If the result remains a tie, candidates Mike Fincke and Charlie Boyd will each roll a die--with the high roller to be declared the winner of the contest. Under state law, tied candidates are to cast lots to determine a winner after an automatic recount is conducted.
