A registered sex offender is behind bars for allegedly photographing cheerleaders at a national competition in San Antonio.

Police working security at the American Cheer Power Southern National Championship at the Alamodome noticed a 60-year-old man taking pictures of the young competitors. 
     
According to the San Antonio Police Department's Facebook page, the suspect was zooming in on body parts. 
Officers questioned him and found out he had no children in the cheerleading competition.

The registered sex offender was arrested and charged with improper photography
