Traffic is again flowing in both directions along Interstate 10 West near Ralph Fair, after a fiery early morning wreck involving a tanker truck killed it's driver.
Paul Berry with the Bexar County Sheriff's Department says a nearby deputy did what he could to try to rescue the man, but the flames were too great to save his life.
Investigators suspect the driver may have fallen asleep behind the wheel before the 3:00am crash which closed westbound lanes in that area for more than six hours.
