by Elizabeth RuizAt least three people have been hurt in an accident involving a school bus and two other vehicles in the city's Southeast side.
The East Central School District bus was turning into a subdivision off of Southeast Military Drive at Emory Oak shortly before 5 pm Thursday when it was hit by a pickup. The bus then crashed into a car.
San Antonio Fire Department spokesman Christian Bove told 550 KTSA News more than 2 dozen students were on the bus.
"One of the students was transported to a hospital, just as a precaution. We believe the students is going to be okay," said Bove.
The bus driver was checked out by paramedics on the scene, but the drivers of the other two vehicles were transported to area hospitals.
" One of those drivers was transported with critical injuries and the other driver had non-critical injuries," said Bove.
