Those families will be allowed to stay at a nearby motel through Friday--with a meeting set for Wednesday to help assess their needs.
"I know that one of the families sustained the loss of a daughter and two grandchildren so the assistance we can provide them with burial hel---we will also do that as well" said Bexar County Community Resources Director Aurora Sanchez. She also said the families long terms needs are being kept in mind.
"Offer long term assistance in terms of rental--while we look and see ifthey are willing to have their houses replac ed with mobile homes--that's what we're abe to do right now" Sanchez said.
