Newly released numbers provide more evidence San Antonio's housing market is moving more and more in the seller's favor.
Sales figures released for April show a lot of strength in the market said San Antonio Board of Realtors Chair Steven Gragg.
"We're looking at a 21-percent increase in our sales April of this year compared to last year" Gragg told 550 KTSA News. He also said the average home price topped the $200-thousand dollar mark for the month of April--one of many positive signs.
"Our days on market dropped down again in April--so our days on market dropped down a little bit from February to March and then to April. We're down to about 84 days on the market (on average) Gragg said.
