A Houston-area Air Force Recruiter has been convicted on several charges, including sexual assault, non-forcible sodomy, abusive sexual contact and indecent exposure.
Tech Sgt. Jaime Rodriguez also pleaded guilty last week to numerous other charges.
"Tech Sgt. Rodriguez had previously pleaded guilty to fourteen specifications of engaging in or attempting to engage in unprofessional relationships," said Joint Base San Antonio spokesman Brent Boller.
He was an Air Force recruiter in Lake Jackson near Houston when the incidents occurred. Sentencing is scheduled today at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.
Rodriguez was acquitted of rape and forcible sodomy.
Meanwhile, in another court martial at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Tech Sergeant Brandon S. Johnson was sentenced to three months confinement for having sex and unprofessional relationships with a basic military training graduate and a technical training student. .
Johnson's rank will be reduced to senior airman and he'll have to forfeit $1,600 of his salary.
