More fallout for San Antonio City Councilwoman Elisa Chan. In the aftermath of the release of her secretly recorded comments on homosexuality, Chan now finds herself the target of an ethics complaint.
Filed by District Nine resident D'Mitri Kosub--who claims Chan used her office at City Hall for a partisan political meeting at the time those comments were recorded.
"It went from talking about the (non discrimination) ordinance and how it would impact the district--that's what the conversdation was expected to be about--to instead being about how she could score political points with her partisan base" Kosub told 550 KTSA News.
"I'm not confident that's an appropriate use of city resources. I hope the City Attorney's Office and the Ethics Review Board may be able to answer these questions" Kosub said.
