Still going down--but analysts see an end--at least temporarily--to the week after week freefall in prices we've been seeing at the gas pump.
That word comes on the heels of yet another three and a half cent drop in the average price per gallon of regular unleaded over the last week said Gasbuddy.com's Gregg Laskoski.
"The average price today is $3.09... a year ago we were looking at $3.48 a gallon (in San Antonio)" Laskoski told 550 KTSA News. He said rising wholesale prices are already being felt in other parts of the country--and South Texas is not immune.
"You could even see a slight uptick in the next week to ten days--but that's probably going to be temporary" Laskoski said, adding the forecast on gas prices continues to call for an overall decline through the end of the year.
