The top high school football players int he country are set to square off at the Aalamodome Saturday--witht he City of San Antonio shaping up as the big winnr.
"Some of the people who have played int he game (in the past) are Andre Luck, Adrian Peterson, DeSean Jackson" said All American Games Chairman Doug Berman--noting that many of tomorrow's stars will be taking part.
With hundreds of athletes in town for a week's worth of events and festivities, Berman told 550 KTSA News the cash has been flowing.
"Millions of dollars that we spend on things like signage and food and everything else that happens" Berman said. Last year's game attracted a crowd of over 40-thousand--and brought with it more than 10-thousand hotel room nights.
Thew big game kicks off at Noon Saturday--but there's more.
"After the U.S. Army All-American Bowl--there will be the San Antonio Sports High School All Star Game presented by HEB. For the first time, this game is moving to a January date" Berman said.
