Two of Bexar County's most powerful elected leaders have cast early ballots ahead of next month's primary election.
Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff told 550 KTSA News he's confident voters have taken note of his record.
"I believe they are (taking note). I've had a strong record as a State Representative, Satte Senator, Councilman, Mayor, County Judge" Wolff said, standing by his accomplishmnets.
Also casting a ballot Tuesday was Texas House Speaker Joe Straus. He told 550 KTSA News he stands on his record of "conservative leadership--despite what has been an anti-incumbent mood among some conservatives and Republicans in recent weeks.
"I feel the same way about Senator Cornyn and (Congressman) Lamar Smith and others who have I think done a very responsible job of (providing) conservative leadership in the Congress" Straus said.
