A second possible Bexar County case of a virus that is spread by mosquitoes in the Caribbean is getting a close look.
"We do have one case, and we're actually investigating another (possible) case" said Doctor Anil Mangla with Metro Health. He told 550 KTSA News both involve exposure to the virus outside of the United States.
"If you have recently traveled to the Cartibbean, watch out for signs and symptoms within two weeks of your travel" Mangla said. Those symptoms will typically include joint pain int he feet and hands, as well as fever, and possibly headaches--though the illness is rarely fatal.
