"When we're siting at a 4.7 months of inventory, you would call thata seller's market right now" said San Antonio Board of Realtors President and CEO Angela Shields after looking over the numbers for June. She told 550 KTSA News everything points to strength.
"We are seeing prices that are between $200 and $500-thousand are really strong right now--with more than 40% of our sales taking place there" Shields said.
