More Potentially Severe Storms in the Forecast

By Bill O’Neil

More heavy storms could move through the San Antonio area Monday Night and Tuesday Afternoon.

National Weather Service forecasters said a round of scattered showers and storms could move through the Hill Country and portions of Central Texas late Monday Night.

While those storms are expected to weaken as they move across the area, some small hail and gusty winds can’t be ruled out.

A second round of scattered showers and storms is possible Tuesday Afternoon across South-Central Texas. A few of those storms have the potential to be strong or severe, and may include large hail and damaging winds.

Forecasters expect the pattern to dry out Tuesday Night and Wednesday.
