An NPR host went on air to ask if it’s cultural appropriation to profit off the food from other countries and races if you’re not from that country or race. If you specialize in certain ethnic cooking as a chef, and you are not of that ethnicity, should you have to cut a check for the nation whose food you’re stealing?
