Terminal B at San Antonio International Airport was evacuated Monday afternoon.

Airport spokesman Rich Stinson told KTSA TSA agents noticed a suspicious item while they were screening a bag in Terminal B at around 4 p.m.

They evacuated the entire terminal, secured the area and then removed the item.

It is not known what that item was or if it posed an actual and immediate danger to passengers.

The terminal reopened 45 minutes later.
