SAPD, BCSO Vehicles Damaged By Hail

You’re not the only one who might be looking over some damage after what was a rough night across the San Antonio area.

The San Antonio Police Department said a number of it’s vehicles sustained some damage as a result of the hail.

“Prue has approximately 15 to 20 vehicles with some type of damage… and, our South substation has approximately five” SAPD’s Sandra Pickell told KTSA News, detailing some preliminary damage numbers.

“At this point, we’re just glad our officers are ok. It was a difficult night last night” Pickell said.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office also tells KTSA News a number of it’s vehicles were damaged across the area.
