TREY’s TAKE: Check Out What A Passer-By Does For The NYPD

This is the best story I’ve seen in a long, long time.

As NYPD officers guarded the Chelsea area of Manhattan where the bomb blast happened Saturday night, a man named “Jermaine” from the Starbucks on 23rd between 5th and 6th avenue approached them.

As the police stood at the barricades, Jermaine began handing bags of Starbucks coffee and pastries to the officers.

“Thank you. Thank you very much,” said the NYPD crew.

Jermaine replied with his own thank you and said, “I wish I could have brought a little more. But there is cups and sugar in there and some pastries y’all can share.”

Gotta love it. Thank you, Jermaine!
