Trump Expected at S.A. Fundraiser

Your just might catch a glimpse of Donald Trump in San Antonio next week.

The [presumptive Republican Presidential Nominee is expected in the Alamo City a week from Friday for a fund raiser–and Bexar County Republican Party Chairman Robert Stovall is confident Trump will get a warm welcome in San Antonio–then–and on Election Day in November.

“You bet he’s going to have a welcome in San Antonio, and we’re looking forward to having him here as soon as the wheels of his plane hit the ground” Stovall told KTSA News.

Still, Stovall admitted there will be some Republicans who will cast their votes against Hillary Clinton rather than for Donald Trump. But, he’s also confident Trump is the right person at the right time in this Presidential Race.

“We’ve already seen socialism doesn’t work. Obamacare is a disaster. The country is just on shaky ground right now” Stovall said, pointing to last week’s lackluster jobs report.

Trump’s expected stop in San Antonio will come right in the middle of the Texas Democratic Party Convention–which will also be taking place at the Alamodome.
