Trump Slams Cruz

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump says he doesn’t want an endorsement from Senator Ted Cruz.

During a “thank you” event for supporters in Cleveland Friday, Trump called Cruz “dishonorable” and said he probably ruined his political career by failing to endorse Trump in his speech Wednesday night at the convention.

“He should have done it because nobody cares. and he would have been in better shape four years from now,” said Trump.

Cruz was booed by convention delegates. Trump says it’s too late, now.

“I don’t want his endorsement. If he gives it, I will not accept it,” he told the crowd.
