UTSA Blvd Expansion Begins

Councilman Ron Nirenberg and city leaders are breaking ground Monday morning on a part of UTSA Boulevard.

The plan is to reconstruct the roadway, expand it to four lanes with a raised median and turning lanes.

They’ll also be adding sidewalks and upgrade traffic signals and drainage.

The project is budgeted at $7.3M.
