Wolff Applauds Sheriff’s Office, Deputies Union Deal

A tentative deal that keeps the tax rate law and supports Bexar County Deputies.

Judge Nelson Wolff says it’s taken a couple of years to get the deal worked out and while it hasn’t been approved yet, he’s certain the Deputy’s Association will give it the green light.

Judge Wolff tells us the deal provides pay increases for detention officers and other law enforcement.

He says the deal is subject to ratification by the union vote and Commissioner’s Court.
