14th person arrested in connection to Texas State Capitol riot

BEXAR COUNTY, Tex. (KTSA News) — Another arrest has been made in connection to the May rioting at the Texas State Capitol.
The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 21-year-old Paul Allen of Austin Saturday on a riot charge.
Police say Allen damaged a marked DPS SUV.
Allen is the 14th person arrested in connection with that rioting.
