16-year-old dies in Ingram Mall parking lot after band practice

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 16-year-old boy died in the parking lot of Ingram Mall Thursday afternoon.
San Antonio police say the boy was found in lying in the parking lot unresponsive and in cardiac arrest at around 12:15 p.m.
San Antonio fire crews tried to revive him, but were unable to.
Police say the boy had a preexisting heart condition and had been at band practice earlier in the day.
Police are investigating.
